Surprise Someone Special With Our Gift Box Gift Card Holder

Materials Used

We used several products and supplies in the making of our gift box themed gift card holder. Below is a list of what we used.

• Gift Box Gift Card Holder – Digital Download SVG
• Recollections cardstock
• Recollections Gold Cardstock
• Art Glitter Glue
• Color Petal Ink
• Electric Cutting Machine: Cricut or Silhouette

The insert for the gift box will hold the gift card.  To assemble this, layer the decorative pieces to create some dimension for the top of the box.  There is a front and back, so that the bow can be pretty in the back and have the extra ribbon on the front.

You will now want to attach these box tops to the insert for the card.  When doing so, be sure that the ribbons for the bow DO NOT get glued to the insert.  These will be left unattached so they can overlap the box itself when closed.

The box itself goes together pretty quickly. First fold the tabs on the panel that makes the box.  Add glue, then fold in the tabs and fold up the other side of the box.  Press firmly to attach.

Fold the ribbon panel in half, using the score line in the center.  Add glue to the back of the ribbon and attach firmly in place, centering it on the box.

When inserting the assembled gift card holder to the box, be sure that the bow ribbons don’t get tucked inside.
