Cake Topper Assembly
You can either assemble the cake topper as one flat 2D shape or you can add some foam dots. Below we have split up the layers to show where we chose to place foam dots, but this is just a suggestion.

Prepping For Display
To display the cake topper on our cake, we took two decorative paper straws and slid them between layers on the cake topper then pushed the other ends into the cake. As an alternative, you can hot glue two long cake pop sticks to the back of the cake topper and cover the attachment with a piece of cardstock. Then press the two cake pop sticks into the cake to display. We also re-cut the base panel in decorative paper (cut face down so we had a reversed image) and attached it to the back to add some color and decoration to the back of the topper.
